Timings
The soft play and adjacent seating area are reserved from 12:00pm-3:00pm to allow for set up and clean up. Parties run for two hours from 12:30pm - 2:30pm.
Guests
Our parties are suitable for up to 20 children ages 6 months to 6 years. We ask that no more than 25 adults accompany children..
Catering
Your package includes food and drinks mainly aimed for the children. Additional catering options are available. We observe a no-outside food policy with the exception of the birthday cake.
The food
Our private hire party package includes catering, primarily designed for children. This consists of 20 juice boxes, 20 bottles of water, a vegetable and houmous platter, a seasonal fruit platter, and three sandwich platters with your choice of fillings:

The set-up
We provide tablecloths, a birthday banner, Bluetooth speakers, and all necessary cutlery and crockery for a hassle-free celebration. You’re welcome to bring additional decorations, and our team will be happy to assist with setup.
Please note: our final soft play session ends at 12:00pm. Organisers may enter from 12:10pm to set up, guests from 12:30pm, and all guests must vacate by 2:30pm. Clean-up will be fully handled by our team.

Your booking starts with an hour of play time (non-exclusive) at 3pm or 4pm followed by half an hour in our Little Lounge.

Our semi-exclusive package is suitable for up to 10 children ages 6 months to 6 years. We ask that no more than 11 adults accompany children in the soft play area and party room.

The set-up
Your party begins with one hour in the soft play, starting at either 3pm or 4pm. Up to 10 children will receive a party wristband for the session. Afterwards, you will be guided to the Little Lounge for food.
