With a trampoline, carousel, ball pit and more, the soft play encourages curiousity, aids in motor skill development and is full of fun for ages 6 months to 6 years.
Sessions starts on the hour every hour.

How much are the cakes and cupcakes you can provide?Cakes cost £50 and can be one of the following: Red Velvet Carrot Chocolate Cupcakes* are £42 for a dozen, and can be a selection of the following flavours: Victoria Sponge Lemon-Poppyseed Red Velvet Oreo Carrot Chocolate Fudge Rose & Pistachio *vegan and gluten free options are available

What decoractions do you provide?We provide: party banner blue or pink table cloths white plates and napkins You are welcome to bring balloons and any other decorations for your party.

What sandwiches are provided?We provide 3 types of sandwhiches on the sandwich platter, consisting of your choice of the following: Cheese Cheese and Ham Cream Cheese Cucumber Chicken Mayo Lettuce Tuna Sweetcorn

Can I bring my own food?Aside from cake, we do not allow any outside food into the cafe and/or soft play. We do, however, provide party platters with sandwiches, fruits and vegtables. For health and safety purposes, please note that you are only allowed to bring a cake into the soft play if you are a party of a Two Plus Cafe hosted birthday.

Can I book an entertainer?Unfortunately, due to the size of the soft play, we do not allow any entertainers at this time.

Can I pre-book a session?You can now pre-book your sessions! 10 out of 20 places are available for prebooking. Click here to book now. If your session is fully booked online, don't worry! We reserve 5 tickets for walk-ins, so just arrive 15-20 minutes before your desired time slot and book in-person. Please note that online bookings are non-refundable.

How many children are allowed per session?For health and safety, 20 children are permitted entry per session. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Do you have a lost and found?Yes - all found items are kept in our lost and found for 6 months. If no owner collects the item, the item is donated to charity.

Is there parking?There is free on street parking directly outside the cafe on Warple Way. There is pay to park on surrounding streets.

How long are soft play sessions?Soft play session last an hour each. If the hour isn't enough, just pop out to the till and we'll book in for the next session as well.

Do you do birthday parties or special events?Yes! Please check out our parties page for more information.

Can I bring my own food?For health and safety, only food purchased in the cafe can be consumed on the premises.

Why do you charge more for older kids?Our scaling prices reflect the wear and tear on the equipment based on age. The older the child, the more wear and tear on the equipment, the higher the costs are for keeping the soft play area safe and clean for all.

Supervise
Parents and guardians must remain on the premises at all times. All children must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Two Plus Cafe does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.

Be Safe
It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or system structure. Please do not play in front of the slide exit. Balls or other items should not be thrown. Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. It is forbidden to smoke or play with fire in the soft play area.

Dress Appropriately
No shoes in the soft play area. Jewelry and badges should be left with adults. Spectacles should only be worn if used with a retainer and fitted with shatterproof lenses. Clothes with ropes or cords should not be worn in the play area.

Keep Clean
No food or drink in the soft play area. Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the soft play area. Please do not visit soft play if you are unwell within 48 hours.
All damages to the soft play either accidental or deliberate must be reported to a member of staff. Parents and guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given to the safety of the children, Two Plus Cafe are not responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment. For the safety and security of all our visitors we have CCTV in operation.
