At Two Plus Café, two adults enter for free for each child. If you need to bring an additional adult, simply select the “extra adult” option when booking. Our café is designed to be a comfortable, relaxed space where families can enjoy good food, drinks, and time together. Cancellation Policy
By entering the Soft Play, all parents, carers and visitors agree to the following T&Cs. If you do not understand these T&Cs, it is your responsibility to obtain assistance before accepting them. Purchases are non-refundable and may be rescheduled by phone or email up to 3h before start time, subject to availability. Sessions run to fixed times, late arrivals do not extend the session duration. SUPERVISION Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult aged 18+. Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the safety, behaviour and supervision of children in their care. USE OF EQUIPMENT The equipment is designed for children aged 6mths to 6yrs and under 1.2m in height. Adults and over-age children must not use the equipment. Misuse of equipment may result in removal from the premises and liability for repair or replacement costs. SAFETY & HEALTH Soft play involves inherent risks including slips, trips and falls. Children must be physically fit to participate and must not attend if unwell, contagious, vomiting, suffering diarrhoea or fever. Any accident, injury, toileting accident, vomiting incident, damaged equipment or safety concern must be reported to staff immediately. RULES OF PLAY For the safety and enjoyment of all, rough play, climbing on nets, food, drinks, glass items or sharp objects are not permitted within the play area. This includes sharp pins, clips or other pointed fastenings used for jewellery, clothing, headwear or religious garments. Shoes must be removed and socks worn at all times. Children should use equipment appropriately and follow safety signage and staff instructions. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving in an unsafe or abusive manner. EMERGENCIES Maps showing first aid equipment, fire extinguishers and exits are displayed throughout the premises. In an emergency, all visitors must follow staff instructions. PERSONAL ITEMS, CCTV & PHOTOGRAPHY Two Plus accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged belongings. CCTV operates throughout the premises. Supervising adults may photograph children in their care but should avoid photographing other children or visitors without permission. LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Plus shall not be liable for injuries, loss or damage arising from failure to follow these rules, inadequate supervision, misuse of equipment or risks ordinarily associated with children's play activities.
