Cancellation Policy

1. Soft play bookings can only be made through our dedicated online booking system. We are unable to accept advance bookings by telephone, email or in person. 2. Walk-in soft play visits are welcome but remain subject to availability and capacity limits at the time of arrival. Entry cannot be guaranteed without a prior online booking. 3. Customers must purchase the correct ticket category for each child and extra adult. Staff reserve the right to request proof of age and to charge any difference where an incorrect ticket has been purchased. 4. Soft play sessions begin and end at the advertised times. Late arrivals will not be entitled to an extension of their session. 5. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all entry purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. 6. Bookings may be rescheduled up to 3 hours before the start of the session, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made by telephone or email during our opening hours. Contact details can be found at www.twopluscafe.com 7. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and must comply with our Soft Play Terms & Conditions. 8. Two Plus Café's soft play facility is designed exclusively for children aged 6 months to 6 years. For safety reasons, children outside this age range and adults must not climb on, jump on, slide on, or otherwise use the soft play equipment. Adults may enter the soft play area to supervise their children but should always refrain from using the equipment unless reasonably necessary for safety reasons. 9. Admission includes entry for up to two accompanying adults per household. Any additional adults wishing to access the soft play room must purchase an adult admission ticket. All ticket prices include a £0.90 booking fee charged by our online booking provider. 10. As part of the online booking process, customers are required to confirm that they have read and accepted Two Plus Cafe Soft Play Terms & Conditions before a booking can be completed. By completing a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this document. 11. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the premises, any child, parent, guardian, carer or visitor who fails to comply with our Terms & Conditions, behaves in an unsafe or inappropriate manner, or whose conduct may negatively affect the safety or enjoyment of other guests.
