Join us for a joyful Spring Sensory Celebration filled with themed spaces, immersive play and creative, hands-on activities designed for little ones to explore and enjoy at their own pace. With professional face painting by Skye is the Limit and a lively spring sing-along to bring everyone together. 🌸 6mths-6years, 2 adults go free per family. All tickets include a website operating booking fee.

Cancellation Policy
Soft Play Booking Terms & Conditions By booking a soft play session at Two Plus Café, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and House Rules. 1. Cancellation All purchases are non-refundable. If you would like to reschedule your session you may do so by calling or emailing us at least 6 hours before the start time of your session. 2. Health & Safety To protect the wellbeing of all children and staff, please do not attend if your child has any of the following symptoms: • Fever of 37.8°C or higher • Vomiting or diarrhoea within the past 24 hours • Persistent cough or severe sore throat • Any unexplained rash Children must remain at home until they are symptom-free for 48 hours without medication. 3. Supervision Parents and guardians must remain on the premises at all times. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Two Plus Café accepts no responsibility for the supervision of children while using the soft play area. 4. Dress Code Shoes are not permitted in the soft play area. Socks must be worn at all times. Jewellery, badges, and sharp objects should be removed. Glasses should be secured with a retainer and fitted with shatterproof lenses. Clothing with ropes, cords, or drawstrings is not permitted. 5. Safe Play Climbing on the netted walls or structural elements is strictly prohibited. Do not play in front of the slide exit. The use of the trampoline is limited to two children at a time. Adult are not allowed to use the equipment. Fighting, bullying, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave. No smoking, vaping, or open flames are allowed. 6. Food & Cleanliness No food or drink is allowed inside the soft play area. For the safety of children with allergies and to comply with health and hygiene standards, no outside food or drink is permitted anywhere on the premises. Only items purchased at Two Plus Café may be consumed. Children should use the toilet and wash hands before entering. 7. Damage & Liability Any damage to the soft play equipment, whether accidental or deliberate, must be reported to staff immediately. While every effort has been made to ensure a safe environment, Two Plus Café cannot be held responsible for injuries that may occur as a result of normal play. CCTV is in operation for everyone’s safety.
